maple bourbon sundae, better than I thought it would be. It was foodgasm.

Ice cream made with liquid nitrogen, house smoked Spanish peanuts, maple syrup sauce with a heavy dose Jim Beam reduced down. How can it not be delicious?!?! I felt bad leaving what little I couldn’t finish

Oh yeah and my “lighter meal” at a BBQ restaurant was super spicy (which I’m all for)
and their ribs tasted like their house-made bacon DELICIOUS (all by one bite)
